Sydney Boys High School provides opportunities for swimmers of varying ability.

Learn to Swim classes and training occur on Wednesdays.

We participate in two swimming competitions. GPS Invitational Carnivals are held on Friday nights (7pm - 9pm) in Term 1. From the selection events at these Carnivals a GPS Representative team is chosen to swim at the CIS Carnival. The school's annual carnival is held early in February and from the results of this carnival the GPS team and Eastern Suburbs Zone Teams are selected. Some swimmers then proceed to swim at the Sydney East Regional and CHS Final Carnivals.
